Why I Chose It
I tested out this door sex swing from Sportsheets Pivot Range, and there is no doubt in my mind it deserves the top spot in this review! A couple of small design tweaks to the traditional design really set this apart from any of its contenders.
I have always been skeptical of door sex swings. Yes, they look fun, but my god do they look uncomfortable. The straps always look too thin to comfortable for anything more than a few minutes. This always seemed to be the main complaint in all the reviews from our tester team as well.
When I saw that Sportsheet’s had released this swing with the thick, wide seat, it definitely caught my attention. The best thing is you can choose whether to use the seat flat for extra coverage under the bum or folded at a right angle so you also have a back rest. This is my favorite way to use it. It’s very comfortable and I feel very supported so I can focus on all the other fun stuff that’s happening. It is a little tricky to get up into, but I use a chair that my partner can then move out of the way.
The straps are very easy to adjust and everything feels strong and sturdy. I have no worries that the swing can support my weight.
I would love if the seat was washable and it came with a storage bag to keep it all neat and tidy, but aside from that, I really cannot fault this door sex swing!

Why I Chose It
I chose the Sportsheets Door Jam Sex Swing as the best in test as it has better support, making it more comfortable than other door sex swings. The wide seat is a great addition that not all door swings have, but it means the rider doesn’t have to hold themselves up as much as swings that only have wrist and thigh straps.
I also really like that they’ve included sturdy plastic handles for the rider to hold onto. I would say this design of this swing is more similar to a traditional sex swing.
Rachel tested out the Door Jam Sex Swing, and was happy that it was “well-constructed and much easier to set up than a regular swing.” She really liked that it allowed her partner to enjoy standing sex even though they “have quite a significant height difference.”
They appreciated that “every strap (minus the handles) is adjustable” but Rachel did find that she still needed a step stool to get into the swing. Once in place, they liked that the swing “allowed for some deep penetration and experimentation that felt new and exciting!”
However, Rachel found it a little awkward to hold herself up and found that “the seat straps also started digging into [her] hips after a little while.” They concluded that they liked it but needed more practice to figure out to use if comfortably.

Why I Chose It
In my opinion, looking for the cheapest option when it comes to products like sex swings or door sex swings isn’t always the wisest choice. Cheaper prices usually rely on there being fewer materials used in the product, which, of course, is going to impact your experience. While I think this sex swing is good quality, in that it is sturdy and capable of supporting you, it does have fewer straps than the test winner. Without the seat/saddle strap, there’s a lot more work required from the rider to hold themselves up and a lot more pressure from the straps on the thighs.
This something out tester, Brett, found out when he reviewed this door sex swing with his partner. They found that it was “simple to set up” and they liked that it is “constructed of high quality webbing and feels very sturdy in use.”
He “enjoyed it from the male standpoint in having sex with [his] wife who was suspended,” commenting that “it made for a very nice position to thrust deeply and also be face-to-face with her.” However, his wife found that “the leg straps started to hurt after a few minutes.”
They did try the reverse swing position with her facing towards the door and found that it allowed her “to control the movements with her feet now against the door.”
After their experience, Brett reported that he “can only recommend this style swing for lighter and in shape couples,” which is something I would agree with!
